Heartland Dental, LLC (the “Company”) respects the privacy of visitors to our web site, www.heartland.com. Generally, the information collected through the website is information used to help the Company better serve its customers, prospective affiliates and visitors.  It is Company policy not to disclose your personal information to unaffiliated third parties except as required or permitted by law.

Prospective affiliates: The Company collects personally identifiable information about affiliates who provide their information on web pages that are specifically designed to collect such information, including but not limited to contact and dental practice information.  The Company collects information for Company marketing purposes about pages that prospective affiliates browse.
